Welcome to Wey Valley Wellbeing

Wey Valley Wellbeing offers small, friendly classes and personal training in both Body Control Pilates and Nordic Walking. Both activities will enhance your strength, stamina and overall fitness, but whilst Pilates focuses in particular on developing your core stability (essential for good movement patterns and posture), Nordic Walking aims to give you a cardio-vascular workout and is therefore also a useful tool in weight management.

Teaching standards are assured by membership of the Body Control Pilates Association, Nordic Walking UK and REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).
